Relaxing Vacation Stay

Beautiful views and feeling of seclusion

We have rented at least 6 VRBOs in Sedona. This home is a good value and very comfortable for two couples. It is tastefully furnished and the hosts got the important things right: mattresses, sheets, and towels were all quality. The kitchen was adequately furnished, and the home was thoughtfully supplied with things you don't want to have to go buy: toilet and facial tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our experience would have been better had the two bathrooms been equipped with hand showers as well as rain showers. There was no way to get out of the spray in the master shower, which was otherwise lovely. Two inexpensive "fixes" would improve this home: a little WD40 on the door hinges, and a weighted shower curtain.We would stay here again. The location had us concerned because it was close to 89A, but when you are in this house you feel like you are miles from civilization.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (although it could use a better wine opener!). The view was magnificent, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Sedona

This house was perfect for our family. It is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The views were stunning, especially watching the sunrise against Sedona’s breathtaking backdrop. Communication with Peter was easy and he very helpful. Highly recommend this as a perfect Sedona getaway!

The property was lovely. Clean and beautifully decorated. Excellent view of Red Rocks. Susan and Peter were very easy and flexible with communication. LOVED all the resources, magazines, books about the hikes. Made it much easier to choose our hikes. Would return!

The view is beautiful, we spent lots of time sitting on the couch looking at the lovely view of the mountain. The home is quiet and has everything we need. Safeway is just 5 minutes away; the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future when the weather is bit cooler.

What a view

The place is amazing. Great views, perfect size. We cooked one night everything works and the hot tub was great! Views are stunning. If you want to stay in Sedona I strongly suggest the west side for easy access to everything and this place is perfect.

The photos do not fully convey this home's spectacular views or inviting interior . The expansive vistas of Little Sugarloaf, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, etc. from the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck are stunning and inspiring. The home has been updated to a high standard and offers stylish comfort in a private and peaceful setting. Thank you to Peter and Susan for their responsiveness and for sharing this beautiful home. Great House with great views in West Sedona

My family traveled to Sedona for a holiday getaway. This property was perfect for our needs and provided fantastic views of the red rocks. The property is great size for couples or small families. We are a family of four, so the three bedrooms was perfect for us. We also loved the location, as it is on the much less trafficked side of town, and is great for excursions to the neighboring towns of Cottonwood and Jerome. The property was very clean and well stocked with all the regular items for a house rental. The only cons for us were the additional per/person charges (not included in many other properties we researched) and the many signs around the house advising of various additional charges you can expect for not following the owner's specific instructions. I definitely understand wanting to protect the property, but the balance was less of a hospitable one and more of a beware of stepping out of line or else vibe. The owner was very nice, but will come and visit to check up on you. Lastly, there is a small herd of javelina that visited and walked around the property, so if you enjoy seeing some of the local wildlife up close, that is a bonus.

Family time

Our family had the opportunity to take a rare family vacation and the accommodations were perfect! We enjoyed our time together yet everyone had their own space. Location provided many opportunities to hike and visit town. We will not forget this trip!
