The Spa was relaxing, great staff and very friendly

During my recent stay, I noticed that the housekeeping standards were not as thorough as expected for a 5 star hotel.A fruit box left by a previous guest was not cleared from the room during my entire stay, and it remained there until I che cked out. I did not raise it during the stay because I wanted to observe the regular housekeeping standards. In addition there were stains on the shelf andthe iron was dirty. These details affected the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, they will take my feedback seriously, and the hotel can review its housekeeping procedures to ensure rooms are checked more carefully for future guests.

The stay was very comfortable. Cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Local food variety can be better
