Great stay! Staff were amazing! Only downfall was I found a mental staple in my steak at the restaurant and nearly swallowed it, staff were very apologetic! I’d stay again!

Overall a really lovely hotel! Only a couple of things that were average … breakfast option was quite limited, especially for a 5 star hotel. Towels need to be changed - although clean, they were fairly old. Lastly, really wish the rooms had smart TVs! I was unfortunately sick for 2 days and unable to leave my room. Really wished I had the ability to stream / use Netflix and the like!

Tired and noisy.

Smoking allowed in the restaurant and pool area, very noisy street side room. This place looks really tired. Staff are incredibly friendly, but overall this is an average hotel.

A beautiful and clean property with great staff who are always willing to help . Pool was amazing essentially as I am a swimmer so early morning laps were beautiful. Only downside is if you have a room on the street side its very noisy , it was our first time in Bali so I didn't anticipate this . You can hear motor bikes til very late then they start again early morning and im not a light sleeper

The staff was nice but I asked to get my shower fixed twice and it never happened. The phone in my room wasnt working and they said they would fixt that as well, never did. And I had asked to get 2 bottles of water to my room, never got them. I only stayed for 2 nights. I would say that the staff was friendly though.

Great location, close to shops and spas. Ten minutes walk to the beach , they provide hourly free shuttle . Rooms were nice and very spacious. Good breakfast selection.
