The staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless and very nice. The hotel was quiet, even being right next to the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay at Sheraton Hiroshima, and it continues to deliver the dependable comfort of a true 5-star hotel. This is a well appointed hotel with an excellent location for the Shinkansen and local transportation. Our room was clean and spacious. Dining options in the hotel and vicinity are good. I would happily stay here again.

I needed a break and decided to treat myself. This hotel is a go-to place and my stay was perfect. The hotel was hosting a trick-or-treat Halloween event collaboratively with Hiroshima TV station and I saw happy kids with parents. Perfect hotel in such a friendly atmosphere.

We booked this about six hours prior to arrival. The amenities in the room were incredible. They put an extra bed in a room for a third person without us even having to ask the property is new, clean and magnificent. Highly recommended.
