This hotel was premium quality for a very reasonable price. I stayed for almost two weeks and had zero complaints - staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms and amenities were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were particularly helpful and friendly - when I ran into them in the hallway they always had a smile and asked if I needed anything even on days when we didn't request a room refresh. Highly recommend this property, especially if you want to be close to the palaces and central Seoul.

This was our first time in South Korea and I have to say, everything was pretty much perfect at Oralia. Spacious room for 2 and the staff was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and warm. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. Very nice accommodation and we enjoyed our stay :-)

Staff was helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was generally cold.and lack variety. Instead of it being breakfast it was a brunch providing lunch dishes instead of breakfast foods. It woukd have been nice to see Korean breakfast foods.
