Good location with good service.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms. The lift system could be better and layout is confusing, but overall a nice hotel and would recommend.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Chuck & Ms Kiki, two of the staff members, whose sincerity, meticulousness and work efficiency were outstanding and deserve praise and reward from the hotel management. We also want to commend two staff members, one of whom is Ms. Karley Wai, but I forgot the name of the other. They were in charge of managing our room and were very responsible, polite, and sincere in their work.
