The best thing about this property was the location.Very Close to The Bund , the metro and Yuyan Gardens area. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were better than some of the other hotels where we stayed in China. Less variety but better taste. Staff was helpful, some only moderately friendly, but I think that’s the way service is in China.

Very surprised by the quality of the Holiday Inn. Excellent sized rooms and big bed. Great for an overnight stay for an early flight the next morning

Excellent Hotel right on Nanjing Road, close to everything. Breakfast was great with many choices, hotel staff were helpful

Very good location, walking distance to yu garden. Train station just across the road.

Quiet but close to attractions. The free shuttle within 2 km was extremely helpful. All the staffs were extremely eager to help in anyway. The pool, workout room spa are all excellent. Room was well appointed and the views are amazing. Mr. Chen at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly during the check-in process in addition to every time seeing him. Luigi was very friendly during the checkout process. Thank you to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Clean room and room servicing, good concierge team and good services. Young bell boy who was very service oriented, exceptionally customer oriented worth mentioning. Breakfast was average. Checkout service was average.
