Overall pleasant stay with good location just the air con too hot as they set a standard 25C temperature for all rooms during winter. You can’t adjust to lower temperature unless you off the aircon which makes the room stuffy.

It's a great experience to stay in Crowne Plaza, clean room, convenient location, friendly hotel employees etc. Although encountering some issues during our stay, the gentleman (sorry that we forgot to ask for his name) at the front desk was so helpful and willing to solve the problems promptly. Liam Lu at the concierge was so helpful during our stay. He is so friendly and very professional in doing his jobs. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. We will stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when travelling to Shanghai.

Great rooms and a central location

Lovely large room with separate bath and shower. Great breakfast on the second level. Close to People’s Park and the Shanghai Museum and the central walkway down to the Bund. Only a five minute walk from People Square station if you’re on Line 2 metro from Pudong Airport. The swimming pool was closed during our stay for refurbishment so worth checking if this is important to you but the gym is excellent.
