Thought this a great hotel for a stay in Sheffield for the uni open day. Nice rooms, walk into town, nice restaurants nearby. Brilliant value for money.

Avoid the coffee and good luck with breakfast.

Hotel was great, good rooms and pretty comfortable beds. Good bathroom. Awful breakfast, staff only had time to check your room number so they knew you had paid! Hot buffet had pretty much run out on Sat at 10am was replenished but they must have known they were running out so had time to cook more unless they are hugely understaffed. Sausages poor, scrambled egg awful, bacon ok and tomato ok. So, the coffee! Wow, machine looked lovely and had a fancy screen which even told me to enjoy it when it finished pouring. However did anyone actually taste the coffee during the procurement process? Absolutely vile! Fruit juice was ok though. Would absolutely use the hotel again, not sure about breakfast but will definitely avoid the coffee although it would be great if you could replace it with ones that actually make coffee. Staff outside breakfast (who were run off their feet) were lovely.

The hotel was very clean and the room was great. The bathroom was very modern but the shower was on the narrow side and I am not a large person but I kept banging my elbows as I tried to wash. The bar and reception were very spacious and comfortable and staff were very friendly though maybe a little under trained. They seem to find difficulty in very simple tasks but I know the hotel is quite new so I’m sure they will get better

Everything were good only stayed one night wished i could of stayed longer. With going out for a night out felt like we didnt have much time in the room. Everything was spotless and seemed a lovely hotel
