Compare Hotels with Parking in Shelburne Falls

Fairly Basic - Close to Smith and walking distance to downtown. Staff were pleasant. I would have liked to be able to make hot water in the room, but they do have a nice area inside the main lobby to find snacks and warm up water.

Good for people experiencing housing challenges.

The property was clean except for my shower door did not close so water leaked onto the floor. I brought this up to the staff. I was there for three weeks. Nothing was done. Most of the staff was very friendly. There was a few that did not even say hi after I did. The worst thing was the noise at night. I’m not sure if people live full-time at this hotel but I heard doors slamming, and people talking in the hallways between 1 and 4 AM which made it hard sometimes to sleep Otherwise, the continental breakfast was good the lady and a gentleman who work it were very nice and friendly. I travel for business. I did feel safe there, which was good.

Everything was very nice, conveniently located, good amenities; I had no issues and it was easy to store my luggage after checking out.

No issues to report. All was found to be in good condition and service was what was expected.
