A beautifully presented, ground-floor property located just yards from the town centre, but in a very peaceful location, tucked away from the passing traffic. It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped offering the added benefit of sloped access, extra-wide doorways and no threshold step to the front door and the benefit of a wet room, this bungalow would suit those with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. Situated in a lane behind St Peter's Church, the seafront gardens, shops and railway are all within easy, level reach.Ground floor: Front door opening into: open plan living/dining and kitchen. Lounge: with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player and dining table and four chairs. Kitchen: with electric cooker, under counter larder fridge, counter top freezer, air fryer, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. Hallway to: Double bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and door leading to small rear courtyard garden. Single bedroom: with single bed with an additional stowaway bed underneath, bedside cabinet and small wardrobe . Family wet room/shower room: with walk in shower, WC and wash basin (please note there are no grab rails beside WC).
Please note: Outside: small patio with access via double bedroom. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi available.
