I had two rooms for three nights. My room had three individuals in it and nobody came to spruce up the room, empty the trash or give us new toilet paper. We ran out and had to go ask for more. The housekeeping came and made my bed put three new towels in there, but never put more toilet paper in. Luckily we stole a roll out of the bathroom in the lobby. The condition of the tub is pretty rough as well as the showerhead and probably should be cleaned thoroughly. The second room again, no services and when asked to come in and change the trash, the individual just walked in the room, and my dad was in there. Thankfully, he was dressed! If housekeeping is not going to service the rooms because we're staying multiple days that's something that should be told to us at check-in. The condition of the lobby was extremely cold. And I mean extreme to the point you can't even sit in there and enjoy the food or socialization. The sidewalks and the parking lot were not shoveled adequately considering this is a hotel. My family is handicap and there were a lot of risky areas that they had to maneuver. I was part of a three day activity in the conference room and knowing that all these people were coming as well as others for other conference rooms, the parking lot and the entranceways should've been better salted, better shoveled, and cleared out. I could not believe the condition it was in knowing that people were coming. Very hazardous, and in fact, one of our ladies fell coming in the d

Pool was not working, shows hot tub on websites but does not actually have a hot tub, elevators were slow to open when pressing the button to go up to our floor, ice machine on floor was not working had to get ice from another floor, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet but menu where you need to order. We ended up not having breakfast. Lighting in the room is minimal. TV remote would barely work on the tv without multiple click.

The bartender was very friendly and attentive to our needs. we arrived later in the evening and although the kitchen was closed she went above and beyond to get us something to eat! The Rooms were spacious and clean.

We were moved to another room. First room had no sofa bed, bathroom ceiling peeling. Below tub faucet was a cutoff pipe without any cap! Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Second room had no linens. I had to go to the front desk where only 1 staff member was working and she piled all the linens on ME to take to the room and make up the sofa bed. I could go on. This is enough.
