The guesthouse was closed and the phone number was incorrect, therefore we could not stay. This is a more remote part of town which made rebooking somewhere else difficult. Still waiting to get reimbursed for the three nights we booked.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were not able to check in. There was no one to assist us when we went to the place. When our guide was able to contact the number we were told to cancel the reservation. Due to poor internet connection in the area, we were not able to process the cancellation. We requested for a refund but was denied.
