This hotel was amazing. An older Boutique Hotel right in the middle of Pearl Street shops. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a cheap Uber if needed. The coffee shop in the hotel was really nice, and the bars offered late night cocktail. The Speakeasy down below was amazing, but regretfully only open one night over the week while we were there. Would most certainly stay here again!

This was the most interesting hotel to stay in. We actually spent our first evening exploring all the floors and then asked for a ride in the "antique" elevator, which was still operating regularly for guests just 2 years ago! The desk clerk was so knowledgeable and excited to share about the hotel's history since its opening in 1909. It has been updated to modern standards, so no need to still share a bathroom with your neighbors. Our room was very nice and unique with a fun victoria flair.

Beautiful, antique-ish decorations that were also comfortable (important to us!) The bed was very comfy, as well, with quiet surroundings. Breakfast was very tasty, especially my husband's french toast with blueberries! We drove up from Denver for an evening book club dinner with friends which was enjoyable and it was great to drive only 5 minutes back to our lovely peaceful room (that was comfortably air conditioned) after another 90 degree day in early September! It was my husband's idea to stay here and not drive back to Denver after the dinner and discussion. And I'm glad that's what we did!

It’s a great hotel to stay at once and experience this historic hotel that has a story, right in the middle of downtown Boulder. The staff was great but it’s old hotel and you can hear the water running from the rooms above. The noisy air conditioner wakes you up all night along with footsteps throughout the floors above and in the adjacent hallway. Room was clean for the most part, with chocolate wrappers left in the bathroom and dusty cobwebs on the ceiling.
