The staff is great and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. The pool is nice and appeared clean. The breakfast was good and had several staff to help guests and clean up during breakfast. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because my key cards would work and even after getting them reset at desk, still would not work. I got locked out of the room twice and had to wait for staff to help me. Another big issue was the separate living room area had a separate thermostat which was not working properly and this room was almost 80F !!! Kids were hot and it was not cool. Luckily we only stayed 1 night.

The front desk staff was AWESOME and ensured my health concerns were met in regards to carpet, I choose hotels that have been updated and does not still have old carpet throughout the the room. And this met all expectations.
