The effort to show a clean and well maintained room is worth noting however, when closely examined, the room I was occupying had rusty areas on the hangers and closet rod. Signs of possible mildew issues. Also the holder for the iron was filled with old spider webs

There was no attendant at the front desk at check in. It was a video attendant not on property. Beds were rock hard. Very run down and dingy.

This place was cozy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and feeding the goats was a huge plus for me. Three Rivers State park is literally two minutes away and it’s a wonderful place to spend the day hiking and exploring. The people of Sneads and the surrounding area are sweet and kind. I recommend booking this spot if you want to unplug from the world for a bit.

Room was clean, staff was great, all went well!

TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid for.
