What I LIKED: *Breakfast was acceptable. *More entrance into the building WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: *Dirty walls, doirs, lights cover, Dirty "Bath mat"(somebody else hair, stuck in the suction section) I travel every year in February(Our Convention) I stay at different hotels, NEVER NEVER NEVER, seen a "Bath Mat " in the tub. The hotels I stayed in have a design engraved to prevent falls(not slippery). True some business can not or will not "Upgrade " But, at least keep it CLEAN! ESPECIALLY the price of a room a night.

Terrible Smell

The night receptions that checked me in wasn’t friendly at all and barely spoke. The third floor smelled of strong excrement for two days, the smell was so strong it was in the room with children. I asked for a new room in a different floor but they were unable accommodate me and because of the time of night and the way that I booked I was unable to cancel.. The receptionist at the desk glared at me when I asked her was she aware of the smell of feces and urine. She didn’t care and suggested at 1am I cancel my reservation and go to another hotel. The smell was so strong I had to open the windows in my room for little relief. The smell lingered the entire weekend and the staff acted as if it were normal. My little one became sick to her stomach and I ended up having to leave and go to another hotel. My entire family was sick at this point everyone having a stomach bug that Im certain we picked up from this hotel. Management was made aware by my travel agent and they were unsympathetic and un·ac·com·mo·dat·ing. My husband has reached out to corporate with the videos and I plan to share this review a hundred times if I have to.

We had a few hiccups where our shower curtain. It has feces on it, but they came and changed it right away when we called, then. Yeah, someone walked in our hotel room early Saturday morning. Had we laugh about? I want to say 7 o'clock. And they said they were going to look at that. The cameras to see who it was

Worse hotel ever!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! First the room I booked I didn’t get! She stated it was and ongoing issue with the owner posting the wrong pic for room with jacuzzi. They put me n handicap room! The was very nasty! We had to get them to change the sheets that had blood on them. All staff have horrible customer service! I would have changed hotels if I wasn’t so tired the day of travel from Las Vegas! The lobby is nasty! Chairs nasty! Worse hotel ever!! Never again!!

It was okay

It was okay for one night only. There are water stains in the ceiling in bathroom, bathroom was semi renovated, tub had a removal bath mat, room was sorta warm, and stuffy.
