Fantastic Hotel

Very fairly priced hotel in the centre of Sorrento, within a 15 minute walk from the Port, although it’s always easier going down lol. The staff were very friendly and engaging, they have a nice rooftop pool for anyone wanting to soak up the sun and relax, as downtime from all the sight seeing.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise walking into this hotel. It was more than we expected, room was dated but always very clean so we didn’t mind at all. The staff felt like family by the end of our stay! Incredible central location. I will be recommending this place to anyone staying on the Amalfi coast! Thanks guys!!

Very good hotel! It was located within minutes of piazza Tasso and the train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was not happy at all was one of the front desk employees. Getting to Sorrento takes you a few hours specially when coming from Milan. When we got there it was around 1:30pm. We know check in it’s not supposed to be until 3pm but in all the hotels I’ve been around the world sometimes the rooms are ready before that time. The front desk lady was rude to us and said to wait outside because the room was not ready yet. If she had said it to us in a different way we would totally understand but she didn’t have manners. Right after the front desk shift, there was another couple right next to us who had the same situation with this lady, and at 2:15 they went and ask the next shift in lobby and they gave us our rooms. I had so say this. However, I was very happy with the hotel and the cleanliness. Breakfast service was very good and overall I would definitely stay here next time I come to Sorrento

Overall, my stay was excellent, the breakfast options were fantastic and the rooftop terrace was great. One thing that could change was the operating hours for the pool and jacuzzi, closing at six in the evening was not convenient to guests.

Good location close to train station. Staff was very helpful and we liked the location. If arriving by ferry you need a taxi to reach the hotel. Its all uphill. For the Sorrento area we felt it was a good choice.

Perfekt läge och härliga miljöer

Fantastiska 4 nätter på detta hotell. Ligger perfekt med 5-7 minuters gångavstånd till huvuddelen av stan. Massvis med mysiga restauranger och butiker. 10 minuter till havet. 3 pooler att välja på. Plan 6 finns en stor bubbelpool, uteduschar med utsikt över havet. Plan 5 har en fantastisk bar med utsikt över vesuvius och havet. Stora fina rena och fräscha rum. Städningen var topp! Receptionen hjälpte oss att boka taxi ner till hamnen när vi skulle ta en båt till vårt nästa boeende. Kan varmt rekommendera!

Wonderful suite with huge balcony (lovely view, including some sea and Vesuvius) and two ample bathrooms, one with plunge bath, one with large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast and dining both in the restaurant and in the rooftop bar. Moderately busy area with nearby trains and buses with short walk to town centre with shopping and dining a-plenty, but Sorrento is not blessed with easily-accessible, good public beaches (but don't miss the cheap lift down to the harbours). The Grande Marina should not be missed. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the only problem we had were related to the power dropping out occasionaly.
