Beach location is very nice- bring a tent/cover, resort will not give out umbrellas if it is too windy. Room with bunk beds was well thought out- we really struggled with drain flies in our room. Maintenance had to come in twice, did not fix the problem. If you are planning to purchase food/drinks on the resort, it is expensive, and prepare for a 20% gratuity added automatically on every purchase. Give yourself extra time at check in if it’s busy/ staff is friendly- however we were checked in to a room where another family was already staying due to a computer glitch. We were moved to another room in another building.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort overall as a family of 5 with 3 children. The pool and beach were the best features. The hotel had kid friendly activities, they had a pirate show that was quite entertaining while we were there. Now for the cons, no table big enough for our family to sit down and eat in our room. Barely any tv channels and no ability to hook up to netflix or other tv apps. Poor quality keurig for ciffee in the room and poor quality beach towels. Also the toilet paper holder was broken in our room. For the price these small things being fixed would have made my stay more enjoyable. Overall would recommend!

At least I can say I vacationed in Cape Cod

Oceanfront room was small for 3 adults. Tub drained extremely slow (filled during a shower). Staff was fantastic. When the winds got up to about 20mph hotel pulled all umbrellas on the beach so if you cannot be exposed to the sun you couldn't be on the beach. This happened 2 days during the 7 day stay. In hindsight I would have opted for a warmer and less windy resort further south.

You cannot beat being right on the ocean, and the staff kept the beach pristine! The resort is also centrally located on Cape Cod, so it made getting around easy. Absolutely beautiful grounds, and the king bunk bed unit we had was perfect for our family. The bunks almost made it like the kids had their "own room" to go to. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful dining options nearby that delivered.

The help was generally not from the USA especially at the front desk and perhaps a bit of a language barrier and lack of customer service training. I had to ask for an ironing board 3 times before they finally brought it. I left a jacket in my room I immediately called and they found the jacket. I emailed the instructions where to send on the 17th. Whomever took the info dropped the ball
