Compare Ski Hotels in Southern West Virginia

The hotel was clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel appears to have been built in the 80s and fairly well maintained, but you could tell it is older. There was a weird smell in the entire 1st floor hall. The bed was very firm. Overall it was a nice place, just dated.

The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable.

Sound insulation in room was very poor. You could hear almost everything in the neighbouring rooms. The heater/AC unit was quite noisy, and the fan couldn’t be left on to mask noises. The door and door locks were extremely noisy. You could hear all the doors and locks on the floor when they were being used. Other than that, the facilities and services were good.

The staff was AWFUL AT NIGht…night shift lady and security chased my children and yelled at them in the middle of the night. So disappointed

Good staff... Very old hotel... Too expensive for what it offers.
