Nice Stay.

Nice clean hotel. A little small though. Bathroom was tiny with not so hot of hot water. Double beds were sufficient but queen would have been much better but overall a nice stay.

1. Rooms were very clean 2. Took long time for hot water to heat up. 3. Breakfast wasn't really breakfast. The only hot item is waffles??????? Where are the eggs, bacon or sausage? Truly disappointed in this item. Over all ok but needs some improvements.

I was planning on staying a night at a hotel but 11 hours into the 15 hour drive I had had enough. Sleep Inn and Suites popped up on my Orbitz profile. The price was reasonable and it looked clean. Upon arrival the check in was smooth and the GM was kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean-a little worn but clean. Overall it was a good experience

This stay started off okay, however when the power went out around 4am, it was downhill from there. I don’t understand how a hotel/building this size doesn’t have a generator. I was brushing my teeth in the dark with a phone flashlight at 7am. Because the power was out there was no breakfast, so that amenity was lost. Finally when we were leaving, we had to bring our stuff from the 3rd floor to the main floor via the stairs (obviously). We are two parents with 3 kids; suitcases, playpen, cooler bag, etc. Not one single person working at the hotel offered to help. You’d think they had someone on the 2nd and 3rd floors to help people carry stuff down in dark stairwells. Instead they just stood at the front desk, staring into space. Completely unimpressed with this hotel.

We had stayed here once before with no issues. This time we checked into our room later in the evening. The room was stuffy which wasn’t a big deal. We turned the thermostat down but it never kicked on. The first night was awful. The television didn’t work either. The next morning I explained the issues to the front desk and the gentleman was great about getting us moved. The new room’s air ran the whole time but the room never cooled down. If it were a hotter day it would have been miserable. The hairdryer didn’t work in that room either. Overall, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel itself is in desperate need of remodeling and upgrading.

The hallway was dim and depressing. The door on our room did not shut cleanly and we had to push it extra hard to close it fully. The cable reception was terrible on the TV, with the picture going in and out. The breakfast bar had no eggs or breakfast meat.
