This property is old and shabby, to say the least. Our room had dirty carpeting with black marks on it, a desk that looked like it was picked from a garbage dump, and a desk chair that was so laughingly worn out, it should’ve been thrown out many years ago. The only good points of the room was it was fairly quiet, and had nice cold a/c. But jeez, for $122 per night, I felt it was a poor value. Office desk staff was nice, and continental breakfast was ok, but the condition of the room was a dealbreaker to ever staying there again. Needs serious updating!

Needs an update.

This is a hotel in need of an update. Lots of wear and tear. Clean, but worn. Also, every hotel needs an accessible outlet on each side of the bed. This hotel doesn’t have that.

Gal was Very friendly at check in! She gave my doggie xtra treats. The hotel is worn and in need of upgrade. The room was clean but carpet in my room was damp from shampooing. Breakfast was ho hum. No orange juice(only apple) ! No bananas!

We had to walk a long way around because there was no parking near where our room was due to a working door was labeled “use other door.” The key would not work for this door. We could exit but not enter. It presented a problem.

You get what you pay for. I wouldn't have any complaints if not for the mold. The breakfast was OK. There are restaurants within walking distance. The beds were a bit small but comfortable. The pool was decent. The room was clean but there's mold at top of the wall between the bathroom and room. There's no odor probably because the bathroom fan is running.

Quality is what a traveler can expect!

On our travels to Ohio and back to North Carolina, we sought out Quality Inn locations along our route which brought us closest to our points of interest. We stayed in Jackson, Fairborn Ohio and Beckley West VA. We can always depend on a good hot breakfast and coffee each morning of our departure. Thank you , Quality Inn for convenience and cleanliness, helpful staff and great locations for us travelers!

Give this hotel a shot!

There is an on-site bar and restaurant. I ate dinner in the bar, and ate the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. BOTH were really good. The breakfast options were among the best I have ever had in a hotel.
