Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel, their management doesn't care about guests at all. Even if you have VIP status across all booking channels, means nothing to them.
There are many better options for the same or even cheaper price.
As promised to the property and ourselves, leaving this review with sadness. We booked this property for 5 days, based on the reviews. We had fire ants in our room and notified them since day 1, after following up on the third day when we told them we would like to leave, they offered a better room which wasn't our main issue. The gym has only 2 machines, the elevator was dropped from 4th, to 3rd floor when my partner was in it. we notified them, left for music festival, came back at 4 am and the ONLY 1 elevator they had was down, so we had to take stairs. The shower was clogged for 1 full day, we had to clean the hair with our hands. (Just all in 1 body,hair wash)
Also, the breakfast was horrible! We asked to talk to a manager and never were able to get in touch, our 5 days trip was booked through Expedia, Amex, and Chase travel separately, they ALL tried calling the property after our complains but the phone system was down so they were not even able to get in touch with a 4 STAR hotel. And not to forget, we were paying more than $400 on average per night.
They refuse to give us a refund until this day because they claim they offered us an upgrade! On the third day? After being bitten by ants for 3 days what is that going to do?
