This was a very clean facility, with a nice clean pool & hot tub. The breakfast bar was kept clean, stocked, and with plenty of options. We have been traveling a lot lately, and this is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Staff is friendly, and the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and within walking distance from the hospital (which is located across the street). Pool is open 24/7, and many people seemed to be late to breakfast and they still ensured late arrivals were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel. The buildings/area directly around are a little dingy, and it almost feels like this hotel is too good for where it is located. Whomever is running this id doing an incredible job with cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.

HVAC not working

HVAC didnt work, room was hot and made a loud noise the whole night, we told the lady at the front desk and she said they would have someone look at it for the next guest. The guy who checked us in was good.

I usually stay at Comfort Inns when I travel. They always have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. They are clean and quiet. A big plus is their free breakfast serving fresh eggs, sausage or bacon, toast, bagels and muffins. Cereal and yogurt and waffles are also available.

The interior was immaculate. We had a problem with no TV for three days. Because we went through a third party they would not issue a partial refund. We are both handicapped and do carry a state placard. One of the days, the only available handicap spot had a cone in it, as it was reserved for someone claiming to be severely handicapped. They would not remove the cone and we were forced to park in a non handicap spot.
