Room was clean and modern. Kids playing in hallway at 10pm knocking on doors and can hear 7-11 security camera talking at night. My room and mother in-laws rooms were purchased on Expedia. I could not get manager to provide final bill because it was a 3rd party company , but my mother in law was provided final bill, but at much higher price. Also while checking out the person in front of me was charged an extra $189 to their room , manager said it was a new software mistake ???? I don’t trust this place for billing correctly.

Beds uncomfortable and no housekeepers ever came the 3 days I was there. Lots of homeless people around the building. Never will stay here again

Easily accessible from I-90 freeway and downtown Spokane with safe and secure parking. The included breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend staying here for the breakfast.

Close to downtown is a plus. Mostly clean. Sticky floor. However, safety concerns around the building mean a loud "we are recording this parking lot for your safety" announcement outside every so many minutes which can be hear from the room we stayed in.

Area very unsafe. Homeless everywhere. Couldn’t go to the convenience store next door because homeless were blocking the doorway. Scared my car wouldn’t be there in the am. Sheets had blood stains on them and air conditioning sounded like a squeekyhamster wheel all night long.

The service and property were great! However, there were lots of homeless people and dogs barking. My wife and I walked out for lunch, and when we returned to the hotel, an unleashed big dog dashed towards us, barking. Fortunately, a homeless guy called his dog and took care of it, but that 3-4 minutes of unsafe situation was not good.

The front desk person was very personable and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the option of a bar of soap as opposed to just body wash (that we do not like). After a long day of driving it was nice to have a few different options at your snack store for a dinner option
