I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised having a hot tub, which I desperately needed after a 9-hour drive to help ease the pain from a foot injury. After checking in, unloading everything from my car’s roof rack, and settling into the room, I headed down to finally relax, only to be told the hot tub was out of service. The front desk offered me two options: a full refund if I wanted to leave and find another hotel, or a 15% discount to stay. While I appreciate the offer, 15% hardly made up for the inconvenience, especially after a long day on the road. The idea of repacking everything and searching for a new place was overwhelming and simply not feasible in my condition. To make matters worse, the man at the front desk was incredibly rude, basically telling me to leave if I didn’t like the options. There was no empathy, just attitude. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the amenities they advertise or even basic customer service. Also, bathroom was not completely cleaned

We arrived after traveling and checked in. The whole lobby smelled like chlorine. We went to our first room and it was simply not clean. There were years of build up in the bathroom, something nasty not wiped off the counter, and overall the mirrors and hard surfaces were wiped with some dirty cloth or something that didn’t clean! The front desk moved us to another room and it wasn’t cleaned either! There was a dirty, used wash cloth tossed on the top of the shower curtain. Sparkle nail polish on the bathroom sink. The desk wanted to move us to a third room, we decided to just stay, at least the beds looked clean and they were comfortable. Finally, there was only one Subway opened to get food near the hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel, however the manager seemed concerned and hopefully they get it cleaned up!

Poor customer service/housekeeping.

We had a not so nice experience with the front desk. I arrived with my children late at night and he was very rude, attitude and all. We booked a two queen bed with a pull out couch and when we arrived, he told us it was not available. When I asked why, he was extremly condescending and gave me whatever room he had. I only stayed because my family was exhausted from driving for hours. The room was not clean to standard and my 9 year old found a weed pen along with cracker crumbs on the pull out couch when we tried to set it up. Please note that this App does not allow me to post pictures.

Pool could use attention

The pool had too much chlorine and it caused burning of the eyes. We needed ventilation. When we called they agreed to have the maintenance person open the doors. This helped much needed to be opened longer.
