my Credit Card was overcharged and I can't get anyone, Wyndham, the hotel or Hotel.com to help me understand why. If it were not for the billing issues, I would consider staying at the hotel again.

Perfect spot after 12 hrs of driving.

Slight confusion upon check in. Despite verification of my identity, she registered me as a different person. Issue was quickly resolved. Several others waiting at front desk too. She probably could have used another individual to help expedite things. Room was a King Suite, very large and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great restaurant located walking distance, right across the parking lot!

Weird Smell, Terrible Breakfast, friendly staff

Entire hotel had a smell to it, probably just someone who was smoking weed, but noticed it in rooms and lobby. Was pretty busy on a saturday night. People working at front-desk were nice and friendly. None of the channels worked on TV in room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a joke, super gross sausage and eggs. Not even sure that was meat, I would suggest avoiding it. Was under stocked and lady working was very unfriendly. Bathrooms in lobby were unkept. Not a great hotel all around, but better then a motel.

The place to stay near Nashville!!

This was a very hice hotel! Clean with excellent service. We arrived very late and TIM was the nicest, most helpful desk attendant I have ever talked to! I highly recommend staying here!

We were there for a soccer tournament and on our downtime we wanted to go swimming, but the pool was green, so The kids and I had to sit in our room. Other than that the room was clean the front desk. Staff was very nice. I will say their food as far as the eggs and sausage goes and they’re gravy. They need a new cook. The food was gross, but I would stay there again, but just go eat somewhere else.
