The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work and the room was extremely hot all night. The lighting system is being updated, is not working properly; this resulted in the room lights coming on randomly in the middle of the night, repeatedly waking me up. There were vagrants in the parking lot. Other than the odor, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. But overall, it was a terrible night's stay; I would never stay at this property again.

I had a heart attack and in the process a tv remote broke the window let me pay 2 days later to stay a 5th night then kicked me out for the window that happened 2 days prior from my heart attack that they called 911 for me just crazy id like a refund this is crazy

The fitted sheet on the bed had no elastic left and slipped off the mattress several times during the night. The ground floor room seemed to have a lot of traffic in the hallway. Also the road was noisy at times. I would stay there again but not on that side of the building. The room was too dark to read.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. Didn’t look appealing
