I booked for a quick getaway and this was the perfect choice. Facilities are kept nicely, staff are welcoming and kind. Activities were perfect and not overwhelming. Team vibes were amazing. Even the spa was amazing. I will definitely be back!!

The swim up bar in the diamond club was not staffed. I had to get out of the pool to order my drinks. This was very disappointing to say the least. I loved the property though.

The staff is friendly and the resort is beautiful . However, it was a underwhelming arrival. The check in process at the front desk takes way too long. As well as the check out process. A hold was put on my credit card (customary), but could not be released at check out. I am now waiting 2 weeks for a refund and was told it would take an additional 2 weeks to be refunded. The room service takes an average of 40 minutes to a hour and has a very limited menu available. The bartenders are professional and well trained. The lifeguards are awesome at keeping you safe on the beach. I had a personal HIIT class, that I would definitely recommend. The “vibes team” really do show you a good time. Beware,the security guard makes you feel like you’re leaving and entering a correctional institution when you are leaving the resort to explore the island.

First and foremost, the staff is fantastic, friendly, welcoming. Everyone works diligently to give you a good vacation. We had a beautiful oceanfront view. The bathroom would benefit from some maintenance work. The buffet was always well stocked and the food was enjoyable . Specialty restaurants are simply okay but not exceptional. Beautiful beach and very comfortable loungers. Plenty of clean, dry towels available. Good for a family vacation. We will go back.

I just recently spent three nights at the Royalton Grenade, and I must say this hotel exceeded all of my expectations when it came to all-inclusive. From the time I entered and received help from the bellman to the person at the front desk, my stay has been nothing but excellence in terms of service. The room was exceptional in terms of it being a five-star hotel it was an oceanfront; the beds were amazing. When it came to dinner that night, the Indian restaurant was phenomenal. It was as if it was even a five-star restaurant. All the food the next day, breakfast was amazing, the number of options they have for breakfast was amazing. Every single staff member I interacted with made my stay even better. I'd like to be able to set a special mention to these particular staff members. I definitely will be coming back; I actually have travel plans to visit the Royalton again in August. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, specifically because of the level of service. I noticed that the hotel is like a well-oiled machine, with all meals being produced at a fast rate. Service was excellent, there were no delays, and overall, the hotel deserves its five-star rating. Property is huge , prepare for lots of walking since there is a shortage of carts so it’s long waits. Food was ok could have been a bit better and have more variety. Drinks are strong !! Family friendly. Could have more activities available Con: lots of bugs in balcony , and hotel is 5 mins away from the airport there should be a shuttle for guest. Taxis are 15 dollars per person just to go around the corner. You can walk but there is no path And who wants to push luggage through the road where cars are passing.
