Property is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport (walking distance) and has a beautiful expanse of beach for swimming & sunbathing. The resort itself is a little older, but well . They provide transportation for anyone having difficulty getting around the property. Most of the staff are friendly. Service can be slow, particularly in the restaurants.

the resort has improved significantly from my last visit. It is obvious that there is new management in place. The food choices are better; Customer service is great and courteous. Overall, an excellent experience. I suggest that the hotel implement shuttle services for visitors.

We had our ups and downs with this property. The room was clean and the food was really good. However, every day we had to ask for an extra towel because they would put three and we had four people. Every day we had to call for our minin refrigerator to be restocked. One day I called three times and in the end had to go down to get my own waters at the coffee shop. Another time we ran out of toilet paper. It was little things that were extremely inconvenient. Overall our stay was okay.

The staff was generally pleasant although there were a few grumpy faces. I suspect that they have been working hard because the resort is not properly resourced for the amount of people there. However, the most previous aspect of our stay was the stench of sewage in our bathroom. There was an open toilet vent in our bathroom so that we were strongly smelling the cesspit. The stench was very upsetting and made us feel ill most of the time. I am not sure why this vent was left open. I stayed in room 15-201. We can hear the toilet in room below flushing loudly. The stench seemed worse in the mornings. It really made us feel bad all week. I tried many times to report it to the front desk and each time it was taken down and nothing was done. I stopped after reporting it for the 4th time as I was getting nowhere. My family and I have stayed at this resort many times in the past but I will never stay here again. I am only reporting this in the hope that you fix the stench issue for future occupants of that room. I have a picture of the open vent in my room if you need it. Sincerely, Frank

Most of the staff were friendly...Nibbles restaurant was the exception. The property was beautifully built into the side of a hill...so lots, and I do mean lots, of walking and steps to climb. There are also ramps and golf cart trails where you can see about having them give you a ride, but they aren't readily available. Room was nice and Lucy always kept it clean and was a delight to visit with.
