This really is the coolest hotel. I loved it. My stay was excellent. Everyone I encountered here was so incredibly nice, helpful and positive. Incredible hospitality at the front desk (shoutout Shay and Stephanie) - thank you for all of your recommendations. Same goes for housekeeping, 3rd floor spa attendants, cafe staff, doormen, restaurants and room service. I was impressed by everyone. The chocolate sweet treat for turndown was a bonus - had no idea how nice that would be until it happened. Well played JAG! And the music ambiance, along with a Spotify playlist is something I've never experienced. I definitely recommend, and I will definitely stay here again or at another Steele Hotels property.

The Harbour view was quite disappointing and honestly so was the new wing. The rooms in the old wing are really huge and comfy. I didn’t even order room service which I love because I honestly didn’t know where I would eat it because there was no table. I always stay at the Jagg but I will be getting a room in the old wing next time.
