Easy walk to Valletta, hotel transport and shuttle, personal taxi takes you on private tour of islands. Breakfast not included,at this price that's a little disappointing. No evening dining except in bars. And not much dining options in local area.

This hotel really was grand. Its location was within walking distance to Valletta and public transport. Plenty of room to park your hire car if needed. The complex was massive with a beautiful pool and other amenities. The staff were so lovely and very approachable. I would recommend this gorgeous hotel to any one planning a stay in Malta.

A wonderful hotel in walking distance of restaurants and shops in the beautiful Valetta - that's if you want to leave the hotel, with it's lovely outdoor pool, sweet little beach, choice of restaurants, gym and indoor pool and spa! Would thoroughly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel. and was meant to be the last stay of our trip. Unfortunately both of our kids got food poisoning after eating burgers ordered at the hotel pool and were extremely sick for about 12 hours each. We had to change our flights to a later date. The only options for staying at the hotel for longer was to move out of our room to two more expensive rooms so we opted to move to a AirBnB. Moving with sick kids is challenging. If you stay at this hotel, avoid eating at the pool!!

Helpful staff good location for Valletta. Courtesy car up the hill. Would be good if finished later than 8.10 pm back from Valletta. Outside is great but they do need to update the bedrooms. Good breakfast

Some areas need attention

It is a nice hotel but there were a few things that didn’t meet the 5star standard in my opinion. Staff around the pool were busy as there were only 3 people serving drinks and the pool was packed I had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. Difficult to get sun loungers as the pool allows day people in. Loungers were very uncomfortable. We had a problem with our shower it kept over flowing. The man came 5 times and in the end we moved to room 803. The tiles in the bathroom are all cracked and coming away something I would not have in my house let alone a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was perfect especially the person on the eggs and pancake. However I think the staff were new and in experienced and not attentive. Cleaning and reception staff were excellent Over all the hotel is lovely but the few things above let it down

A Wonderful Experience

The welcome by your staff was exceptional. No request or question was too much. Special mention to Victor, who delivered our bags & orientated us to the features of our room. The opulence of the front foyer and staircase is outstanding. Outside pool area was a relaxing environment. Shuttle service up the hill - very grateful. We loved our stay, and will be back. Considerations: The bathroom in 1056 needs an update. Mould and rust in the shower needs repair. The shallow end of the outside pool- steps & tiles slippery. Needs attention. Many thanks again. The Staff is great, but the facility doesn’t respond to a 5 stars hotel. We had our friends visited us for 2 h around the pool, we had to pay 100$ for that. Was very annoying- for our 6 days we went only 1 time to the pool and for that visit we had to pay 100$. Comparing to many hotels in EU and USA this hotel doesn’t satisfy our stay, I will not recommend it to my friends.

Great location, food/dining options, pool area and harbour access. Welcome drink and front desk staff pleasant. Terrace bedrooms are spacious with great views. Decor is dated -old carpets, theme statues. Concierge staff not helpful, dismissive and unwilling to accommodate questions.
