Communication with the property was extremely poor from the beginning. It took a very long time to receive responses, which made the entire process frustrating and difficult to manage.
The check-in details provided were incorrect, which created unnecessary confusion on arrival. More importantly, there was no running water in the apartment for two days during the stay. This is a basic necessity, and it made the property uninhabitable.
As a result, the guests had no choice but to check out early. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the property did not offer any refund or compensation.
Hotels.com did attempt to assist and were responsive, however the property itself was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication, incorrect information, and the failure to address a critical issue such as the absence of water. I would not recommend this property.
