The bathtub was yellow. I used my personal Listerine just to sanitize it to feel comfortable taking a shower during my 2 night stay. After checking into the hotel, we left for several hours and set the room temperature on 64 degrees due to the heat in the room; when we arrived back for the evening it was still over 74 degrees. We had to go downstairs and ask that a staff member come attend to the issue in order to sleep comfortably.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Christine at the desk was super helpful and kind. She helped us change room and also helped us extend our stay by making us aware to utilize the Best Western rewards program. Breakfast was also decent. Would definitely come back next time when in STL.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Very disappointed that the pool was not accessible. I understand things happen, however, it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for this family trip.

This property had advertised that it was renovated. It wasn’t. It was still old and it looked like they had just tried to cover the old up with new paint and a bit of new tiles in bathroom. So, it was old mixed with new. Smelled dirty and stale. My bed smelled stale. Noisy. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Found someone’s fake eyelash on the bathroom counter. Didn’t stay the full stay. We checked out early to find a different hotel

They didn’t have rooms clean at check in but got one fairly quickly. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay.

A window in our room had a leak during a storm, causing some minor damage to some of our belongings. It happens, not entirely angry. During the late hours we had someone seemingly try to get into our room, could have been paranoia or maybe another guest confused.

Staff was not helpful. At first I thought at least room was clean but nope! Too late for canceling. Also breakfast was terrible. Sausage wasn’t cooked thoroughly. We were down there at 645 and it was on steam table but still raw. So disappointed. We were on a tight budget and hate that we had to pay to stay there.
