I had a wonderful time there the room was everything and more but I could’ve used more towels and they should be available on the floor instead of me leaving the room to go all the way downstairs. Other then that I will be back

This stay was perfect. The room was spotless and set up very nice. The staff was incredible i forgot his name but the man at the front desk that checked us in was excellent, some of the best customer service ive ever had. We had a little bit of wait when trying to check in but the guy at front desk was very courteous about it and upgraded us. Excellent room care, Excellent staff everything about the stay was perfect and i will definitely be recommending this hotel to people looking for a place to stay in the area. Thank you very much for an excellent stay at Magnolia!

Overall, the staff were great, friendly, approachable. Room service however sucked. Ordered breakfast and waited 36 hours for the tray to get picked up. I requested room service and they replaced the towels but left the cups and plates right where I left them. Then due to a snowstorm, there was no housekeeping available and I was stuck with dirty dishes and napkins for the rest of my stay.
