The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent on check-in and informative for the area. The review goes down because of the parking lot and break-in on my car. While this was not the fault of Moonrise it is their responsibility to ensure safe premises. I believe multiple vehicles were broken into so this is definitely an issue for management to correct. I had a 5 hour drive home with no drivers window- definitely ruining a good weekend getaway with my wife.

Love the Moonrise. Perfect location if you're seeing a show at the Pagent or Delmar Hall. Really cool, fun decor, very friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back.

The staff was very informative and kind. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and actually ended up hurting my back. The shower would come on randomly for up to an hour after using.

Such a fun and cool hotel. So close to several restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! They have a floor dedicated for those traveling w pets and a water dish in the lobby. Such cute theming!
