Upon checking had to wait for employee to get off their phone before I could check in. Air conditioner in room had to be reset several times to blow out cold air. Finally went downstairs at 3:00 a.m. because I woke up in a pool of sweat. Was given another room the next morning.

We had a great stay. Right next to union station and walking distance to places to eat and explore. Free breakfast and self parking. The breakfast menu had a huge variety which was surprising. Popcorn and free soda machine. The pool area was filled with several kids and I left the hottub after 10 minutes. I would not expect to use the hot tub to relax. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel staff were all great, the hotel was clean and the room was as well. The reason I only gave 4 stars was there were numerous table/desk top plugs in the room, there was only one of the many that were not so worn out that they would hold the plug and actually work. Room 802 if the staff actually reads the reviews.

The area just around the hotel is experiencing street renovations but that did not greatly interfere with accessing the property. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful every time I spoke to someone. The hotel is walkable to nearby attractions such as Union Station and several sports venues. Parking was included and a restaurant was onsite as well. The rooms was very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't use the hottub but the location was very convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful. The air wasn't working good in the room. I stayed 7 days in which they took care of two days. The restaurant connected to the hotel had good drinks and food. I would stay again

It was quite inconvenient to park when we were checking in. There were no parking spots for that process, and the parking garage required a room key to access it. Kind of a chicken and egg problem.

Convenient. Nice staff I did want to say that my kids and I swam in the pool and the chlorine was way, way too much. Enough it made your eyes sting in the pool room. Needs some attention!
