There’s a lot I can say. I’ll keep it short and simple. Get to the hotel to check in, front desk clerk said my room was not paid for. It was and I showed her the confirmation, she said it did not go through. So, I paid for all three nights again! Come to find out my reservation payment did in fact go through and I was charged twice. The air conditioning until in my room was loud when it kicked on and woke me up several times during the night. I requested a different room, manager was supposed to call me back to be moved. He NEVER DID. My restful girl trip was not to be. I didn’t sleep well the first three nights due to this. I ended up having to stay another night due to flight delays, after all this there was no offer of a room upgrade, voucher, no apology, nothing. Highly disappointed at this Renaissance Hotel.

Hotel is dirty, check in staff is hit and miss on being nice. Others around her were fairly nice. Mine acted like she hated the world. Maybe she does, idk. Hallways were loud, people in and out of rooms all night long. No sleep. I personally will never be back.

Don’t book a room here!

We would not recommend staying at this hotel. It was very hot! The air was set the lowest it would go and it was still 75 degrees in the room. There was people running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. It was NOT a place I will ever stay again or recommend to anyone.

The room i requested wasn't what i got. Wanted a king bed and got double. Did reservation over a month in advance. You have to pay for internet per day and parking.
