The woman who checked me in was nice and i asked her about late check out and she told me i would have to call in the morning. I did that and the staff member i spoke to the day i checked out was very rude in how she spoke to me. Also the firepit was never available and the pool was disgusting. There are so many hotels in this area i would reccommend staying eleseware.

Front desk attendant was SUPER friendly and helpful. The room was SUPER clean. Parking was HORRENDOUS. I had to circle the entire property twice to find parking remotely close to the entrance of my building.

Wi-Fi leaves a little to be desired

Overall, I thought it was a good stay downside is since there was nothing on the first floor available due to a cheerleaders competition. Also, the Wi-Fi was very spotty at best and a little to be desired. It could’ve been a little better and it needs to improve. Breakfast was very good. The only downside is they didn’t have sausage and bacon during the week only on weekends. The room was a little small but aside from that I have to stay overall, it was a good day, but they have to improve things in there going forward, especially the Wi-Fi.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and the property is gorgeous - very private and quiet. The pool wasn’t open yet, but the outdoor fire pit and basketball court are really nice amenities. The kitchen in our suite was well-stocked with dishes and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming, always available to help and answer questions. Breakfast is really good - the menu is mostly the same each day, but there are a lot of options. Everything is fresh and the kitchen staff are super nice and attentive. The apple cake is to die for! This is my first experience at Sonesta, and I can definitively say this will be my hotel of choice for future travel needs. My only critique is the WiFi at this location is not the best. I work remotely and the Sonesta member internet worked well enough for my needs, but could be faster with stronger connection. Still, my overall stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again.
