Staff in all were very helpful and courteous ,amenities were great room was not cleaned very well and no dish towels were provided. Hotel was very hard to find in dark sign was very hard to see.

The Staff is amazing. That was the best part!! the hotel was not what the pictures said they were. It is too far from everything. All of the towels were dirty, floors had blood stains, upstairs jacuzzi was green. Ms. Barbara and the 2 female bartenders were the best part of our stay. I had to purchase my own towels because even when we asked for clean ones they still had stains

This room was nasty. Hair in the shower and on my sheets. Sheets had stains. Ants in the room. Our air stopped working in the room. The staff was verrrryy nice and friendly! When try calling the property no answer. Left several messages and emails. No return calls or nothing.

There was mold in my air conditioning unit. The hot tub did not get hot, and the pool on the lower level was really green, like it wasn't cleaned or used in a while. There were a.lot of pot holes driving up to the resort so i had to be careful driving in my rental.

Stayed in off season & was not busy. Few issues with water supply pump but things happen & only out few hours. Otherwise the property was fairly well maintained & the staff was helpful. This resort is away from the city so the light population isn't bad & the stars & moon were beautiful rising over the top pool. If looking for smoke, ran into locals at resort & every beach has a guy.

On Saturday night I got locked out of my room for over 2 hours then finally a local got ahold of the office lady who was not in the office then couldn’t find the mater key card then told me could I climb balcony to balcony which I had no choice then missed all my reservations for the night because I couldn’t leave my room or I would be locked out for the night and morning so I am very very disappointed in this reservation

We only had power on one side of our room. The bathroom had no power, therefore no way to shower. The grounds around our room were very unkept. The area around the restaurant and pool were very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If not for the exception of the staff we might have left. The room was clean just not ready for guests. It appeared our room was being updated, but not ready. No one told us and we had been traveling since 3AM to get there, not about to look for another room. We made the best of it and moved on since it was only one night.

We’ve been to St. Thomas many times but this our first time at this place. It’s a bit off the beaten track, overlooking Magens Bay. Keeping in mind that we were there in the super slow season we were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette and a balcony that overlooked Magens Bay. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast/lunch place and a full service restaurant on the premises. Both were excellent. There are many cats on the premises- apparently the owner runs a cat rescue. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again!
