Incredible Setting, Awesome Staff

This is a hotel in a beautiful setting on the Thames with a great outdoor cafe. The staff are amazing and each person we met went above and beyond. It's worth the stay for sure. You must be ready for lots of stairs as there is no lift. Also, the hotel is called around 3 different names depending on who you ask, so that can be confusing. Regardless, the staff and setting make this hotel a must visit.

Lovely breakfast and comfortable room. Just very hot in the rooms upstairs due to no air-conditioning.

Definitely not a pet friendly room, as there was a wide gap under bed which it appears upon accidental inspection was neglected and the items underneath spoiled my birthday solo trip.

Adequate for our needs. Bathroom needs upgrading. No tea & coffee making facilities in room. Paid for parking when we arrived, went out for the evening and no parking available when we returned. We had to park in the public car park nearby. Hotel did refund the car park charge

Great friendly hotel

Staff were very friendly. We had no issues with our room. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a little tired but at the price we paid it was suitable for our needs. Overall the hotel was well situated for our travel needs, being a short walk into town and the railway station. The bonus was that it had it’s own car park which was charged at £10 per day which we considered reasonable. We will use this Hotel in Staines a lot in the coming future.

The adjacent restaurant had very good food. The service was very good. The beds were comfortable.The view on the patio overlooking the Thames was wonderful. I will come back again.
