Really disappointed with the check in; provided the name and email address after my phone died - meaning I didn’t have the confirmation email available. Had to wait until my phone had charge, but had to spend £3.95 on a tea to charge it. I’ve never had this experience before and would think again before booking to stay at a Hilton again.

Only a few minutes walk to the terminal under a covered walkway. Room clean and beds comfortable. Staff courteous. Only negatives were not being able to open a window for fresh air and the bathroom pipework being noisy very early in the morning when others guests were presumably using their bathrooms.

Clean room, large towels, great shower. The signed (3 adults one room!) wasn’t the most comfortable however we only stayed the night before early morning flight. The breakfast was hot plentiful and really good, perfect set up for the day of travelling ahead. Would recommend if just a room for the night as not much to do.

Great room, quiet with no noise from the airport. Hotel in great condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a take-away option provided. Will definitely stay here again as so convenient to be able to walk to the airport mostly under cover.

Hampton hotel, does exactly what it says on the tin. Good for a nights stay before an early morning flight. I stayed here Friday night, and it was comfortable! Restaurant menu was very limited in the evening, and not the cheapest either. Breakfast was pretty decent, you can’t go wrong there! Reception staff very quick to respond to you at check in and when ever needed. Bar and restaurant staff a little slow, but they could’ve been short staffed and not coping well. Who knows! Room good and large, bathroom decent too. WiFi is standard speed, so it’s ok.
