On arrival Leone welcomed me , informed me of all the facility’s that I was free to use . My room was very very clean and bed was very comfortable indeed . A very nice lounge with a log fire , dining area and a lovely breakfast cooked by Leone , you will love it here just like your own home and excellent hospitality , free parking also included . No faults just perfect ! Certainly would recommend . Thankyou Leone for a lovely stay!

We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and runs the property is professional, caring and knows all about the area. I cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay. You will love the well appointed villas. Jody’s cottage is amazing - sparkling clean, hot water, a great, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing house to host a large group. With young kids it was perfect to have them run around outside most of the day and easily cater for us inside. Great location to town and easy enough to access many activities. Thank you
