Perfect place for my overnight stay. Had everything I needed and a walk to the Main Street and ten minute drive to the places I wanted to see. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming and a credit to the place. Would stay here again.

This is an older hotel that needs a bit of maintenance. Otherwise it was clean and quiet. Extraction fan in bathroom didn't work, air conditioning was noisy. We were only there for 2 nights so we weren't worried about either. More concerned with a relative of the hotel managers in the Liberty service station next door who asked us too many questions, such as "which room are you in?" We were worried we'd be murdered in our beds.

When we checked in we were told that we should have booked directly with the hotel, it was cheaper. The room was clean but the beds were pretty hard and not very comfortable. It was fine for a night but I wouldn’t return.

Location was convenient to town. Quiet room. Shower was very difficult to adjust temperature and pressure. Were charged for mini bar that I didn't use. Some cuterly and plates would have been handy since there was a microwave. Not enough carparks for all rooms. Staff were polite. A bit expensive for what it was but other than the difficult to operate shower, it was ok.

I didn’t have the opportunity to stay because I have to drive my partner to hospital I tried to cancel in the morning, but the person on the phone wasn’t concerned and asked me to contact the reservation platform who asked me to contact the hotel . No one was concerned, I paid a night in a hotel for nothing,and we call it a great customer services?
