Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok - the heater (small electric thing) did the job but dried the atmosphere and made the room very stuffy. Fairly quiet room - but be aware that you are under the flight path for Luton airport (but it didn't disturb sleep much)

Room was fine but over priced - for location Breakfast room was not the best dirty tables and only saw one member of staff clean one table this could have been resolved by having people come down in time slots or wait until tables ready but no system in place lots customers cleaned off tables as best they could themselves

Good location, very central to town. Hotel spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Pleasantly decorated. Staff were helpful and informative. A good hearty breakfast is available for those who require it with a great choice of hot and cold foods for any dietary preferences.

Clean & comfortable with great staff!

Clean room with comfortable bed and window that opens for ventilation! Easy walk from the train station and just a stone’s throw from ASDA, grocery stores and many eateries. Best value shen booked in advance!

A few hiccups but still ok!

The air conditioning is broken in this hotel at present. I managed fine with a fan in the room, but it wasn’t ideal. The shower drain was blocked meaning the shower nearly overflowed while I was in there! However the room was comfortable, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic.
