Dear Generator Team, I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay. The night before an important business meeting, I spoke with the front desk and was assured that I could use an iron in the laundry room the following morning. I also called in advance to confirm this. However, when I went to the laundry room the next morning, there was no iron available. This caused a major inconvenience, as I was unable to iron my clothes before my meeting and had to attend looking unprofessional. Given the nature of my visit, this was particularly disappointing. I value clear and accurate communication, especially when it concerns essential amenities. I hope steps can be taken to ensure other guests don’t experience a similar issue in the future. I stayed in an all female 6 person hostel room and I thought it was clean and pretty decent. I will say that their customer service could improve, I brought up some concern over safety because there was police showing up at our hostel room (apparently they were looking for someone) and they pretty much laughed and joked around, jokingly saying “maybe they’re looking for you” and just had me call the police instead of provide any information or re-assurance that the room was safe from that person. If guest are concerned about safety and other potential dangerous guest they should investigate, not laugh and joke around. Luckily the person who they were looking for left.

It's only 9 min from Arlanda Express or Stockholm central. I booked a room for 2 and had a private bathroom event though it says hostel. My room looked like a regular good hotel. Bedding was impressively white and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, walkable grocery shops and tourist spots. The room is spacious enough for us, bed is comfortable though enough for a single person per bed, fresh towels daily. I would love to stay here again once I get back to Stockholm!

teenagers running around and knocking others’ doors as pranks, when I press keys in elevator to go up there’s once a kid outside the elevator who keeps the door from closing — being a hostel as it it this was expected so no hard feelings room was less clean than expected but not too dirty, the room was spacious though
