I tried to change booking as a mistake was made. It was a non refund but asked to move it to a week later. Hotel n Expedia passed book to each other and it didn’t happen. Expedia customer service horrific. Try speaking to someone from there. Spent a fortune w both companies over many years - neither have any real interest in helping

Stayed 3 nights, very noisy night club next door until early morning. Loud trains and planes but that was to be expected. Issues with house keeping. Saturday not great, Sunday went out at 1030, back early evening, room not done. Only 2 teabags per day? Breakfast was very good, staff were amazing. Reception staff very friendly too. Location of the hotel excellent but has to be weighed against the noise.

Very close to large, modern NCP car park and rail station (10 mins journey to Piccadilly). Hotel was immaculate throughout, rooms bright and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. Great experience and will definitely be back!

Breakfast was very bland, Cumberland sausages were in fact cheap pork sausages , no mushrooms , bacon brought out 4 rashers at a time, was never quick enough to get any
