The property to me is the nicest hotel in town and I have stayed in a quite a few in Tracy, CA. The one thing I wish was different were the pillows. They were all so soft that i stacked them to make a decent support. lol But nothing else, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and that is the best thing.

If you ask me the truth it’s a horrible place to stay .. only 1 staff seem to be happy there the rest looked sad and not motivated to work. Asked them to bring me extra sheet since I have two little kids and they basically told me they don’t have access to it .. anyways we will never stay there again. They would not clean your room until 3 days .. what kind of hotel is this and rooms are not.cheap

Rooms are clean and bed are soft… love the availability of kitchen utensils for use…. Staff can be more friendly and professional, the lady when we checked in was not enthusiastic. The guy when we checked out was very friendly and accommodating which is more like it. A good hotel like this should match the employees to set an excellent overall quality experience…! I would have given it an excellent rating but the breakfast food was practically gone at 9:20am. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10am. The round eggs were horrible and the waffles need help. We were lucky to get bacon and this Parmesan pastry were the only good things we ate. We ended up leaving early to eat out.
