Poor from the moment of check-in. Room wasn’t ready ant check in time and just told to wait, we weren’t informed it was ready so had to go and check. Upon finally reaching the room it was still being cleaned.
Had to park a fair distance away in the overflow car park, electric charging facilities were unusable due to people parking there. Pool was closed most of the stay which was the primary reason for choosing the hotel.
Room was dated and had 3x types of fan/heater lined up as the air con didn’t work. Room was also noisy, music from the ceiling speakers in reception could be heard at all times.
Really poor quality overall and way below what I expect from Marriott.
