Room layout not good! Aircon directly on bed, and air on turn on & off continually and was noisy! I had about 1 hour of sleep! Bathroom not senior friendly, bath rail missing or removed for some reason!

This staff is amazing but the property needs some updating. We stayed in a non smoking area and it still smelled liked smoke. The ac unit was running non stop but our room didn’t cool down at all.

We had better!

Our stay was just okay. We didn’t know we had to ask for service because they check the room every three days! I don’t agree with this change in policy. Garbage pickup should be daily along with coffee pods and toilet tissue. The room smells gross when we first entered. Febreeze should be used to freshen up the rooms especially when they are pet friendly! We will be using other hotel choices in the future.

Property was excellent, check in person was really helpful and gave us a pet gift bag(shows that they genuinely like pets). My only gripe is that on top of the 200 incidental fee there is an additional 100 pet incidental fee held on the cc. 300 seems a little excessive seeing how we are there less than 12 hrs.

The room smelled so terrible of smoke. I had not asked for a smoking room and it was non refundable and they had no other room available. It was literally horrendous to have to sleep in.

Pool was great and clean. The sauna was good but no light which was not ideal. The room and bathroom was clean. And the air conditioner was amazing! The check in staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall was a good place to stay.
