Good Hotel

Stayed here a few times and check in online, but I couldn’t this time as kept being put through to general hub and the few times I could get through directly no-one answered the phone and it kept ringing out….no message or anything. So I flagged this up with the receptionist on arrival and received a voucher for a drink, which was appreciated. There was a problem with the electric holder you put the card key in, but it got sorted once a member of staff saw exactly what happening…after initially giving me the impression that he didn’t believe me. Overall it’s a good hotel that’s right next to the terminal, so you do pay a premium. Beds are very comfy and having the tea and coffee facility is great. I would recommend this hotel.

7min walk to terminal

Great stop over to catch a very early flight . Didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it seems all good and very close to terminal so easy to get to and to walk to terminal.

Lovely hotel missing a few touches.

The hotel was excellent, really clean and staff very helpful especially in the restaurant. The bedroom was of generous size, there was a fridge but this needed to be switched by leaving a room card in all the time. The mugs where oddments ie one cup, one mug, this meant not great if you were making coffee etc. The housekeeping department did not always clean them nor fill up the tea & coffee which was a bit disappointing and you only got 1 bottle of water a night but overall it was a good place to stay.
